The Telework Location clause defines the specific place or places where an employee is permitted to perform their work remotely. Typically, this clause outlines whether telework is allowed from the employee’s home, a designated office, or other approved locations, and may set requirements such as maintaining a secure and private workspace. Its core function is to ensure both the employer and employee have a clear understanding of acceptable telework sites, thereby addressing concerns about productivity, data security, and compliance with company policies.
Telework Location. When working at the telework location, the employee agrees to follow all agency and divisional policies and procedures applicable to the employee’s position except such policies and procedures that apply to agency or division employees by virtue of being physically located at a state government building.

Failure by the Employee to comply with the terms of this Agreement may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
