Ltd.; and (B) whose principal activities are that of investment holding, financing and/or the provision of investment advisory and consultancy services. For the purposes of paragraph (ii) (A) of this definition, “nominee” shall mean any person acting under the direction and instructions of Temasek Holdings, Temasek Pte. Ltd. and/or wholly-owned subsidiaries of Temasek Pte. Ltd.
