Temperature Guarantee. Except in the event of Facilities Maintenance (subject to the notice requirements of Section 1.5), Customer Maintenance and Force Majeure conditions, QTS guarantees the Data Center temperature will not exceed 75 degrees Fahrenheit (“Temperature Guarantee”).
