Common use of Temperature Measurement Clause in Contracts

Temperature Measurement. (i) Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station unless otherwise agreed between onsite management and Employee representatives at the commencement of each project. If any disputation under this clause cannot be resolved at the workplace level, it will be referred to the Disputes Panel under clause 10 of the Agreement as soon as practicable.
