Temporary CertificatesSection 3. 11.Temporary Certificates. Until definitive Certificates are ready for delivery, the Trustee shall authenticate temporary Certificates. Temporary Certificates shall be substantially in the form of definitive Certificates but may have insertions, substitutions, omissions and other variations determined to be appropriate by the officers executing the temporary Certificates, as evidenced by their execution of such temporary Certificates. If temporary Certificates are issued, the Trustee will cause definitive Certificates to be prepared without unreasonable delay. After the preparation of definitive Certificates, the temporary Certificates shall be exchangeable for definitive Certificates upon surrender of the temporary Certificates at the office or agency of the Trustee designated for such purpose pursuant to Section 7.11, without charge to the Certificateholder. Upon surrender for cancellation of any one or more temporary Certificates, the Trustee shall execute, authenticate and deliver in exchange therefor a like face amount of definitive Certificates of authorized denominations. Until so exchanged, the temporary Certificates shall be entitled to the same benefits under this Agreement as definitive Certificates.
