Temporary Condemnation. If such condemnation or taking is for temporary use only, this Lease shall continue in full force and effect, and Tenant shall continue to comply with all of the provisions hereof, except as such compliance shall be rendered impossible or impracticable by reason of such temporary taking. Rent shall ▇▇▇▇▇ as reasonably determined by Landlord during the course of a temporary taking of the Premises or a portion thereof to the extent and for the period of time that the Premises or portion thereof so taken shall have been rendered untenantable.
