Common use of Temporary Condemnation Clause in Contracts

Temporary Condemnation. If such condemnation or taking is for temporary use only, this Lease shall continue in full force and effect, and Tenant shall continue to comply with all of the provisions hereof, except as such compliance shall be rendered impossible or impracticable by reason of such temporary taking.
