Common use of TEMPORARY CUSTODIAL ASSISTANT Clause in Contracts

TEMPORARY CUSTODIAL ASSISTANT. Shall be a custodial employee employed on a day-to-day basis to replace a Division B employee on a temporary basis. Notwithstanding other clauses in this agreement, employee benefits will be restricted to those provided under the Employment Standards Code.
