Common use of TEMPORARY GLOBAL NOTE Clause in Contracts

TEMPORARY GLOBAL NOTE. The Temporary Global Note shall: 3.1.1 be in substantially the form set out in Schedule 1 (Form of Temporary Global Note); 3.1.2 be executed by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated by or on behalf of the Fiscal Agent; and 3.1.3 be effectuated by or on behalf of the Common Safekeeper.

TEMPORARY GLOBAL NOTE. The Temporary Global Note shall: 3.1.1 be in substantially the form set out in Schedule 1 (Form of Temporary Global Note); 3.1.2 be executed manually or in facsimile by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated manually by or on behalf of the Fiscal Agent; and 3.1.3 be effectuated manually by or on behalf of the Common Safekeeper.

TEMPORARY GLOBAL NOTE. The Temporary Global Note shall: 3.1.1 (a) be in substantially the form set out in the First Schedule 1 (Form of Temporary Global Note);; and 3.1.2 (b) be executed manually or in facsimile by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated manually by or on behalf of the Fiscal Agent; and 3.1.3 be effectuated by or on behalf of the Common Safekeeper.

TEMPORARY GLOBAL NOTE. The Temporary Global Note shall: 3.1.1 be in substantially the form set out in Schedule 1 (Form of Temporary Global Note);; and 3.1.2 be executed manually or in facsimile by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated manually by or on behalf of the Fiscal Agent; and 3.1.3 be effectuated by or on behalf of the Common Safekeeper.

The Temporary Global Note shall: 3.1.1 Form: be in substantially the form set out in Schedule 1 (Form of Temporary Global Note); 3.1.2 Execution and authentication: be executed manually or in facsimile by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated manually by or on behalf of the Fiscal Agent; and 3.1.3 Effectuation: be effectuated manually by or on behalf of the Common Safekeeper.

TEMPORARY GLOBAL NOTE. The Temporary Global Note shall: 3.1.1 be in substantially the form set out in Schedule 1 0 (Form of Temporary Global Note); 3.1.2 be executed manually or in facsimile by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated manually by or on behalf of the Fiscal Agent; and 3.1.3 be effectuated manually by or on behalf of the Common Safekeeper.

TEMPORARY GLOBAL NOTE. The Temporary Global Note shall: 3.1.1 be in substantially the form set out in Schedule 1 (Form of Temporary Global Note); 3.1.2 have incorporated and endorsed thereon the Conditions applicable thereto; and 3.1.3 be executed manually or in facsimile by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated manually by or on behalf of the Fiscal Agent; and 3.1.3 Agent and on issue be effectuated by or delivered to the Common Depositary to hold on behalf of the Common Safekeeperrelevant accountholders within the Clearing Systems.
