Temporary Living Accommodations Clause Samples
Temporary Living Accommodations. The University reserves the right to assign students to temporary living accommodations when necessary. In addition, the University reserves the right to reassign any student to a new residence space for safety and/or maintenance concerns, or when the University determines that it is in the best interest of the residential community.
Temporary Living Accommodations. Until such time as Executive moves into his dwelling in the Dallas, Texas vicinity, but for no longer than the one (1) year period following the Effective Date, the Company shall pay up to an aggregate maximum amount of $1,500 per month for temporary housing of Executive and his immediate family members. Executive shall be reimbursed for all reasonable and ordinary housing expenses, including rent, during that time not to exceed $1,500 per month in the aggregate. Any temporary living expenses beyond this amount shall be borne by Executive.
