Temporary Living Allowance. The Executive shall receive a temporary monthly living allowance of $20,000 for up to 12 months following the Effective Date, subject to the Executive’s continued employment during that period, to assist the Executive with relocating to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and related expenses, such as temporary housing and commuting; provided that the allowance shall cease upon such time that the Executive has completed his relocation to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. To the extent the Executive has not completed his relocation within 12 months following the Effective Date, the Independent Members of the Board (or an independent committee thereof) shall consider whether and to what extent, if any, the allowance shall continue. Any taxes payable with respect to the payments made by the Company to the Executive pursuant to this Section 5(f)(ii) shall be the sole responsibility of the Executive, and the Company will follow federal, state and local tax regulations with regard to the reporting and withholding on such payments.
Temporary Living Allowance. Employee agrees to relocate Employee's principal domestic residence to within fifty (50) miles of Ann Arbor, Michigan, by December 31, 2005. For so long as Employee maintains Employee's principal domestic residence in Dana Point, California, but in no event later than August 31, 2005, Employer will reimburse Employee for the following costs:
(i) Employee's actual out-of-pocket housing and related costs (including rent, insurance, utilities, local telephone service, laundry) in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in an aggregate amount of not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000) per calendar month.
(ii) Employee's actual out-of-pocket costs for round trip coach airfare travel from Ann Arbor, Michigan, to, Dana Point, California up to one such trip per calendar week. Employee shall use reasonable best efforts to obtain the most economical fares available for such trips.
Temporary Living Allowance. Subject to prior approval by the Company of estimates submitted to the Company for such expenses, the Company shall pay Executive a temporary living allowance for 30 days following Executive's relocation to Brussels, Belgium for expenses relating to hotel and car rental.
Temporary Living Allowance. Should this be necessary and subject to prior approval by SITEL of the necessity as well as of estimates submitted to SITEL for such expenses, SITEL shall pay Xxxxxxxx a temporary living allowance for 30 days following Xxxxxxxx' relocation to Brussels, Belgium for expenses relating to hotel and car rental.
Temporary Living Allowance. An annual temporary living -------------------------- allowance up to twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000). The mechanics for payment/reimbursement will be agreed between executive and the Company's CFO.
Temporary Living Allowance. The Executive will be entitled to reimbursement of reasonable temporary living expenses through March 31, 2000.
Temporary Living Allowance. For the first year following the Commencement Date, the Company shall reimburse Executive, upon submission of expense statements or vouchers, for up to $3,000 monthly in respect of the expenses he will incur in obtaining temporary living quarters in Long Beach and to commute between Long Beach and his current permanent residence in Phoenix, Arizona.
Temporary Living Allowance. “TLA”). The Company shall pay Executive’s temporary living expenses for up to six months following the Commencement Date to assist Executive in establishing his permanent residency in Texas which amount is to be applied by Executive to defray such temporary costs as apartment or extended stay hotel costs, the costs of duplicate permanent housing in Colorado and Texas, provided however, that unless approved in advance, the amount of the TLA for such six month period shall not exceed a total of $18,000.00 or extend beyond the six month period. The TLA period shall cease one month after the date Executive no longer has more than one temporary and/or permanent housing costs, unless agreed to in advance. Except as provided for in Section 4, such reimbursement shall be made only if (a) Executive is employed by the Company when each TLA expense is incurred by the Executive, and (b) such reimbursement is submitted within 30 days following the date such expense is incurred by the Executive. Any such reimbursement shall be made monthly within 30 days following the date any such submission. Should the total costs associated with any of the items covered under Section 3.6 and 3.7 exceed the individual section totals, such excess may be applied against any unused amount from the other section. The intent of this is to assist the Executive from any undue financial hardship, nor provide any excess financial benefit related to his relocation to Texas.
Temporary Living Allowance. The Company will pay you an allowance of $237 per day for each working day that you are in the Company’s Los Angeles, California offices, until the earlier of (i) the 12-month anniversary of the Commencement Date and (ii) the date on which you establish a primary residence in the Los Angeles, California area.
Temporary Living Allowance. During Executive's first sixty (60) days of employment pursuant to this Agreement, the Company will directly pay or, upon presentation of appropriate documentation, will reimburse Executive for reasonable living expenses in connection with maintaining a residence in the Medina, Ohio area (including, but not limited to, ordinary and necessary expenses for meals and the cost of suitable temporary housing reasonably necessary to permit Executive to perform services for the Company in the Medina, Ohio area).
