Temporary Living Allowance. The Executive shall receive a temporary monthly living allowance of $20,000 for up to 12 months following the Effective Date, subject to the Executive’s continued employment during that period, to assist the Executive with relocating to the Dallas/Fort Worth area and related expenses, such as temporary housing and commuting; provided that the allowance shall cease upon such time that the Executive has completed his relocation to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. To the extent the Executive has not completed his relocation within 12 months following the Effective Date, the Independent Members of the Board (or an independent committee thereof) shall consider whether and to what extent, if any, the allowance shall continue. Any taxes payable with respect to the payments made by the Company to the Executive pursuant to this Section 5(f)(ii) shall be the sole responsibility of the Executive, and the Company will follow federal, state and local tax regulations with regard to the reporting and withholding on such payments.
Temporary Living Allowance. Employee agrees to relocate Employee's principal domestic residence to within fifty (50) miles of Ann Arbor, Michigan, by December 31, 2005. For so long as Employee maintains Employee's principal domestic residence in Arlington Heights, Illinois, but in no event later than December 31, 2005, Employer will reimburse Employee for the following costs: (i) Employee's actual out-of-pocket housing and related costs (including rent, insurance, utilities, local telephone service, laundry) in Ann Arbor, Michigan, in an aggregate amount of not more than two thousand dollars ($2,000) per calendar month. (ii) Employee's actual out-of-pocket costs for round trip coach airfare travel from Ann Arbor, Michigan, to, Chicago, Illinois up to one such trip per calendar week. Employee shall use reasonable best efforts to obtain the most economical fares available for such trips.

(ii) Employee's actual out-of-pocket costs for round trip coach airfare travel from Ann Arbor, Michigan, to Indianapolis, Indiana, up to one such trip per calendar week. Employee shall use her reasonable best efforts to obtain the most economical fares available for such trips.
Temporary Living Allowance. The Company will pay you an allowance of $237 per day for each working day that you are in the Company’s Los Angeles, California offices, until the earlier of (i) the 12-month anniversary of the Commencement Date and (ii) the date on which you establish a primary residence in the Los Angeles, California area.
Temporary Living Allowance. For the first year following the Commencement Date, the Company shall reimburse Executive, upon submission of expense statements or vouchers, for up to $3,000 monthly in respect of the expenses he will incur in obtaining temporary living quarters in Long Beach and to commute between Long Beach and his current permanent residence in Phoenix, Arizona.

You will incur some expenses that may not be specifically covered under this policy. For this reason, the company will provide you with a Miscellaneous Relocation Allowance as calculated in the table below. This allowance should be used to cover things such as: • New auto registrations • Installation of new appliances • Pet transportation • Moving antiques or valuables that are not covered under transportation of household goods • Housecleaning • Security deposits for temporary living or rentals The Miscellaneous Allowance will be paid when you begin working in the new location.

Temporary Living Allowance. During the first twelve (12) months of the Employment Period the Company agrees to pay to the Executive a monthly allowance of $5,000 to compensate the Executive to defray any temporary living costs and expenses that the Executive may incur related to fulfilling the duties of The Position as described in Paragraph 3 herein.
