Temporary or Permanent Closure. County may close, consent to, or request the closure of, any roadway, taxiway or other area at the Airport presently or hereafter used; provided, a suitable means of ingress and egress is made available to the Premises. The determination of suitability of any alternate ingress and egress shall be in County's sole discretion. Any such closure may be temporary or permanent. Lessee hereby releases, waives, and discharges County, its successors and assigns, of and from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action that Lessee may now or at any time hereafter have against County, its successors and assigns, arising or alleged to arise out of the closing of any street, roadway, taxiway, or other area used as such, whether within or outside the Airport, provided that County makes available to the Premises suitable means of ingress and egress.

Temporary or Permanent Closure. The Club may temporarily close the facilities to repair damage caused by fire or other causes, or for renovations. The Club may, at its option, either provide me with access to a fitness facility within 30 KM of the closed location, or extend the term of my membership by the length of the closure. The Club may permanently close the facilities, and may, at its option, provide me with a membership in a fitness facility within 30 KM of the closed location.
Temporary or Permanent Closure. To preserve the financial integrity of an Investment Fund, the Investment Fund may be temporarily or permanently closed and Advisor Trust may refuse to accept further Deposits if the Plan does not already have assets invested in the Investment Fund as of the date of date of the temporary or permanent closure. AdvisorTrust will provide Plan Administrator with Written Notice of such closure. If the Investment Fund is re-opened to new Deposits, AdvisorTrust will provide Plan Administrator with Written Notice of such re-opening.
