Temporary Performance of Higher Position Duties. 7.7.1 Where an employee is assigned by management to perform the duties of a higher paid position and substantially performs the duties of the higher paid position the rate of pay shall be adjusted on the basis of the promotion formula outlined in 7.5.2. 7.7.2 Remuneration for temporary performance of higher duties authorized by a supervisor shall be payable for all days worked.
