Common use of Temporary Relocation Space and Additional Space Clause in Contracts

Temporary Relocation Space and Additional Space. The Commissioner may require Tenant to operate the Concession, prior to the Date of Beneficial Occupancy applicable to any Relocation Space and Additional Space, from a temporary Relocation Space, at City's sole cost and expense. If approved by the Commissioner, Tenant may use temporary or used fixtures, trade fixtures and equipment and is not required to install Improvements except to the extent necessary to make the temporary Relocation Space useable.
