Temporary Removal of Parts. Sublessee shall be entitled, so long as no Default shall have occurred which has not been remedied or waived to the reasonable satisfaction of Sublessor, to substitute, replace or renew any Part with a part that does not satisfy the requirements of Clause 16.1 or 16.2 provided that:
