Common use of Temporary Security Certificates Clause in Contracts

Temporary Security Certificates. (a) Pending the preparation of definitive Security Certificates representing the Securities of any series, the Issuer may execute, and upon Order the Trustee shall authenticate and deliver, temporary Security Certificates which are printed, lithographed, typewritten, mimeographed or otherwise produced, in any authorized denomination, substantially of the tenor of the definitive Securities and, if applicable, having endorsed thereon Guarantees or the Guarantor substantially of the tenor of definitive Guarantees in lieu of which they are issued and with such appropriate insertions, omissions, substitutions and other variations as the officers executing such Securities may determine, as evidenced by their execution of such Securities. The temporary Securities may be in global form.
