Common use of Temporary Supports, Structures and Facilities Clause in Contracts

Temporary Supports, Structures and Facilities. (a) Project Co shall have the sole responsibility for the design, erection, operation, maintenance, and removal of temporary supports, structures, and facilities and the design and execution of construction methods required in their use. Any review of Project Co’s temporary supports, structures, or facilities or any shop drawings related thereto by Owner or Consultant does not relieve Project Co of its “sole responsibility” under this section.
