Temporary Work Camps Sample Clauses
The TEMPORARY WORK CAMPS clause governs the establishment and operation of provisional living facilities for workers on a project site. It typically outlines requirements for the location, construction, maintenance, and removal of such camps, as well as standards for health, safety, and environmental compliance. By setting clear expectations for temporary accommodations, this clause ensures worker welfare and minimizes potential disputes or regulatory issues related to on-site housing.
Temporary Work Camps.
