Common use of Tenancy and Rent Clause in Contracts

Tenancy and Rent. 3.1. The Allotment Garden shall be held on a yearly tenancy from 1 April at an annual rent of £ (full rate) and £ Concessionary. Half Plots £0 (full rate) and £ (concessionary) which is payable to the Council by the Tenant on the 1st of April each year (“the Rent Day”).

Tenancy and Rent. 3.1. The Allotment Garden shall be held on a yearly tenancy from 1 April to 31st March at an annual rent of £ (£40 for a full rate) size plot and £ Concessionary. Half Plots £0 (full rate) and £ (concessionary) 28 for a half size plot which is payable to the Council Association by the Tenant on the 1st 31 March of April each the current year (“the Rent Day”).

The Allotment Garden shall be held on a 9 monthly tenancy from 1st April 2020 and then a yearly tenancy from 1 April 1st January 2021 at an annual rent of £ (full rate) and £ Concessionary. Half Plots £0 (full rate) and £ (concessionary) XXX which is payable to the Council RAA by the Tenant on the 1st of April January each year (“the Rent Day”).

Tenancy and Rent. 3.11.1. The Allotment Garden shall be held on a yearly tenancy from 1 April the first day of January at an annual rent of £ (£65 for a full rate) plot, and £ Concessionary. Half Plots £0 (full rate) and £ (concessionary) 35 for a half plot which is payable to the Council by the Tenant on by no later than 28 days from the 1st notice of April each year (“the Rent Day”)renewal.

Half Plots £0 (full rate) and £ (concessionary) 26.80 which is payable to the Council by the Tenant tenant on the 1st day of April each year (“the Rent Day”).
