Tenant Abandonment. If the Tenant is not present on the premises for a significant (or extended) length of time then, at some point, the property must be deemed abandoned by the Tenant. The minimum number of days when the Tenant’s absenteeism can be considered abandonment by the Landlord is requested. (24)
