Common use of Tenant Affiliate Clause in Contracts

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord's consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant ("Tenant's Affiliate"). In such case, any Tenant's Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant's obligations under this Lease.

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord's ’s consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant ("“Tenant's ’s Affiliate"”). In such case, any Tenant's ’s Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant's ’s obligations under this Lease.

In such case, any Tenant's ’s Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant's ’s obligations under this Lease.

Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord's ’s consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant ("“Tenant's ’s Affiliate"”). Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord's ’s consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant ("“Tenant's ’s Affiliate")”) so long as the net worth of Tenant’s Affiliate is equal to or greater than the net worth of Tenant as of the Commencement Date of this Lease. In such case, any Tenant's ’s Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant's ’s obligations under this Lease.

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord's consent, to any corporation or other entity which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation or other entity resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant ("Tenant's Affiliate"). In such case, any Tenant's Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant's obligations under this Lease.

In such case, any the Tenant's Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant's obligations under this LeaseLease and shall deliver such assumption to Landlord prior to this simultaneously with the granting by Landlord of its consent, if such consent is granted.

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord's consent, to any corporation which Landlord determines controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant ("Tenant's Affiliate"). In such case, any Tenant's Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant's obligations under this Lease.

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without LandlordXxxxxxxx's consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant ("Tenant's Affiliate"). In such case, any Tenant's ’s Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant's ’s obligations under this Lease.

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord's consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant ("Tenant's Tenant Affiliate"). In such case, any of Tenant's Affiliate Affiliates shall assume in writing all of Tenant's obligations under this Lease.

Upon Landlord’s consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld, Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord's consent, Premises to any corporation which Landlord determines controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant ("“Tenant's ’s Affiliate"”). In such case, any Tenant's ’s Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant's ’s obligations under this Lease.

Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without LandlordLxxxxxxx'x's consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant or to any person or entity which acquires all or substantially all of the assets of Tenant of the business conducted at the Property ("Tenant's Affiliate"). In such case, any Tenant's Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant's obligations under this Lease.. Section 9.03

Tenant Affiliate. In such casethe case of an assignment to a Tenant's ------------------ Affiliate, any Tenant's Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant's obligations under this Lease.

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord's consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant, provided that the successor entity's then applicable net worth is equal to or greater than that of Tenant as of the date hereof ("Tenant's Affiliate"). In such case, any Tenant's Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant's obligations under this Lease.

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord's consent, to any corporation corporation, which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant ("“Tenant's ’s Affiliate"”). In such case, any Tenant's Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant's obligations under this LeaseLease and provide Landlord with a signed copy of such assignment and assumption agreement which shall be acceptable to Landlord in it’s reasonable opinion.
