Common use of Tenant Affiliate Clause in Contracts

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord’s consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant (“Tenant’s Affiliate”). In such case, any Tenant’s Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the PropertyPremises, without Landlord’s consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger or acquisition of or consolidation with Tenant (“Tenant’s Affiliate”). In such case, any Tenant’s Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord’s 's consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant (“"Tenant’s 's Affiliate”"). In such case, any Tenant’s 's Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant’s 's obligations under this Lease. Tenant may assign this lease to any purchaser of all or substantially all of the Tenant's assets without the Landlord's consent.

Upon Landlord’s consent, which will not be unreasonably withheld, Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord’s consent, Premises to any corporation which Landlord determines controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant (“Tenant’s Affiliate”). In such case, any Tenant’s Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord’s 's consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant Tenant, (“collectively, "Tenant’s 's Affiliate”"). Proof of an entity's eligibility to become an assignee or subtenant pursuant to this Section 9.02 shall be promptly furnished to Landlord upon Landlord's request.

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, without Landlord’s consent, to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant (“Tenant’s Affiliate”)) so long as the net worth of Tenant’s Affiliate is equal to or greater than the net worth of Tenant as of the Commencement Date of this Lease. In such case, any Tenant’s Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant’s obligations under this Lease.

Tenant Affiliate. In such casethe case of an assignment to a Tenant's ------------------ Affiliate, any Tenant’s 's Affiliate shall assume in writing all of Tenant’s 's obligations under this Lease.

Tenant Affiliate. Tenant may assign this Lease or sublease the Property, Property without Landlord’s consent, Landlord s consent to any corporation which controls, is controlled by or is under common control with Tenant, or to any corporation resulting from the merger of or consolidation with Tenant (“Tenant’s Affiliate”).
