Common use of Tenant at Sufferance Clause in Contracts

Tenant at Sufferance. If Lender or a Receiver enters the Property in the exercise of the Remedies and Borrower is allowed to remain in occupancy of the Property, Borrower will pay to Lender or the Receiver, as the case may be, in advance, a reasonable rent for the Property occupied by Borrower. If Borrower fails to pay the rent, Borrower may be dispossessed by the usual Proceedings available against defaulting tenants.
