Tenant Contractor - Hold Harmless. Tenant shall indemnify and hold harmless Landlord, its agents, contractors (including Building Contractor) and any mortgagee of Landlord from and against any and all losses, damages, costs (including costs of suit and attorneys' fees), liabilities or causes of action for injury to, or death of, any person, for damage to any property and for mechanic's, materialmen's or other liens or claims arising out of or in connection with the work done by Tenant Contractor (and Tenant Contractor's subcontractors and sub-subcontractors) under its contract with Tenant.
