Tenant Eligibility. Only Eligible Tenants (as defined below) may be tenants of apartments located at University Village and 0000 Xxxxx. “Eligible Tenants” are limited to MSU students that are within any of the following categories: (i) an undergraduate student currently enrolled at MSU in a degree-granting program, and registered for a minimum of 8 credit hours in each of the fall and spring semesters or (ii) a graduate student currently enrolled at MSU in a degree-granting program, and registered for a minimum of 4 credit hours during each of the fall and spring semesters; or (iii) a graduate student currently enrolled at MSU in a degree-granting program and actively engaged in research and writing a dissertation, an internship, or residency. Tenant shall maintain Eligible Tenant status throughout the duration of this Lease. Tenant shall notify the Housing Assignments Office as soon as practicable of any change in circumstances that may affect Tenant’s status as an Eligible Tenant.
Tenant Eligibility. The following re- quirements must be met in order for a unit within a rental property or co-op to be assisted with HPG funds:
(1) The tenant must have income that meets the very low- or low-income definition.
(2) The tenant must be the intended occupant of the unit, but is not re- quired to have resided previously in the dwelling.
(3) Any owner(s) who receives assist- ance from an HPG grantee or a member of the immediate family of the owner(s), who also resides in the unit within the dwelling to be repaired or rehabilitated is eligible to have their unit repaired or rehabilitated, if they are income eligible and meet all other requirements.
Tenant Eligibility. Tenant represents that he or she is eligible to live in University housing as he or she is a full-time staff member, full-time faculty member or full-time student. Xxxxxx agrees to notify University immediately of any change in this status. A change in status will not relieve Tenant of Tenant's obligations under this Lease.

Tenant Eligibility. Enter information for all new tenants who moved in between January 1 to December 31 of the reporting year. Note: This table is to be completed for all Affordable Housing units in the Project. Indicate Ontario Works or ODSP, as applicable, in Social Assistance column for all tenants receiving social assistance; indicate adjusted family net income (AFNI) in AFNI column for all non-social assistance tenants.
Tenant Eligibility. The project in which the above mentioned apartment is located has been financed and subsidized by USDA Rural Development, a Government Agency. Eligibility for TENANTS to reside in this project is based upon TENANTS income, age, and family composition. The OWNER will determine the TENANT’S eligibility based upon RD regulations. Eligibility will be determined upon the execution of this lease agreement and at least annually thereafter. The TENANT(S) has been determined: An ELIGIBLE TENANT for the unit. An ELIGIBILE TENANT not meeting occupancy standards. TENANT agrees to transfer to the first correctly sized unit when it becomes available and pay all costs associated with the subsequent move. TENANT acknowledges that TENANT household is occupying an accessible unit designed for persons with disabilities. TENANT acknowledges that priority for such units is given to TENANTS needing special physical design features. TENANT acknowledges that TENANT is permitted to occupy the unit until management issues a notice that a priority applicant is on the waiting list and TENANT must move to another suitably sized vacant unit in the project. Upon receiving this notice, the TENANT agrees to move at their own expense within 30 calendar days to the suitably sized vacant unit within the project. TENANT further understands the rental rate will change, when appropriate, to the rental rate for the unit into which TENANT moves. This lease will be modified accordingly. An INELIGIBLE TENANT due to income. TENANT agrees that at the end of one year, this lease will convert to a monthly lease and can be terminated by 30-day written notice when an eligible TENANT is found.
Tenant Eligibility. (a) TENANT, who is the subject of ESG-RRH Program assistance pursuant to this Agreement, shall be: (i) “Literally Homeless” and (ii) Extremely Low or Very Low Income.
(b) TENANT’s continued eligibility for ESG-RRH Program assistance shall be further conditioned upon his or her active cooperation in the individualized case management plan developed and supervised by COUNTY or County’s agent.
(c) Payment of the ESG-RRH Program subsidy on behalf of TENANT are conditioned upon Landlord and Tenant’s provision to COUNTY of an ESG-RRH Rental Assistance Program Request for Unit Approval.

Tenant Eligibility. Only MSU students may be tenants of apartments located at University Village and 0000 Xxxxx. Students eligible to be a tenant in a University apartment must be: (i) an undergraduate student in a degree-granting program registered for a minimum of eight (8) credit hours in each semester; or (ii) a graduate student in a degree-granting program and registered for at least four (4) credit hours during each such semester; or (iii) a graduate student enrolled in a degree- granting program and actively engaged in research and writing a dissertation. Only spouses, domestic partners, and children of an eligible tenant may reside with an eligible tenant in a unit at the 1855 Place Family Housing Apartments.
Tenant Eligibility. The Compliance Monitoring Agent shall be responsible for the following with respect to the Development:
A. Conduct on-site management reviews of the Development at least annually. Such reviews shall include examination of tenant files, a review of administration procedures, and a physical inspection of the Development. The Compliance Monitoring Agent shall also prepare a written Management Review and Inspection Report and distribute copies to the on-site manager, the Borrower, the management company, the Fiscal Agent and the Issuer. Such report shall include a statement as to the compliance of the Borrower with its obligations under the Land Use Restriction Agreement. Such management reviews shall be conducted through the Qualified Project Period, as extended, or until no Notes are outstanding, whichever is later.
B. Review Program Reports and Tenant Income Certifications and re- certifications for completeness, tenant income eligibility and timeliness of completion. The Compliance Monitoring Agent shall contact management personnel regarding any discrepancies and follow-up with respect thereto until required corrections are made and provide copies of any correspondence with respect thereto to the Issuer.
C. Provide the Issuer with occupancy information from each Program Report in the format provided by the Issuer.
D. In addition, the Compliance Monitoring Agent shall:
(1) Be available to answer telephone inquiries relating to bond program requirements.
(2) Keep the Issuer apprised of scheduled activities, any compliance problems as such occur, and changes in apartment management personnel.
(3) Provide the Issuer with copies of all correspondence relating to the Development.
