Common use of TENANT EVICTION Clause in Contracts

TENANT EVICTION. Property Owner hereby authorizes Xxxxxx, as its agent and at its expense, to sign and serve, in Property Owner’s name, notices that are required or appropriate; commence and prosecute actions to evict tenants and recover possession of the premises, retain legal counsel on behalf of Property Owner to proceed with eviction in the event of non-payment; recover possession of the Property in Property Owner’s name; recover rents and other sums due and, when expedient, settle, compromise and release claims, actions and suits and/or reinstate tenancies. Broker will determine when to commence eviction procedures in accordance with its company policies.
