Tenant / Guarantor Condition. From the Effective Date through the Closing Date, there shall not have occurred a change, event, state of facts or development that has had or would reasonably be expected to have, individually or in the aggregate, a significant adverse effect on the business, financial condition, prospects, assets or results of operations of Tenant or Guarantor.
