TENANT IN COMMON AGREEMENT. (a) Each Borrower shall (i) diligently perform and observe all of the terms, covenants and conditions set forth in the Tenant in Common Agreement on the part of each such Borrower to be performed thereunder, and (ii) promptly deliver to Lender any notice given or received by any Borrower under the Tenant in Common Agreement.
