Common use of Tenant Indemnity Clause in Contracts

Tenant Indemnity. 2.11. The Tenant will indemnify the Landlord and save it harmless from any and all losses or claims, actions, demands, liabilities and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to or loss of property: (a) arising out of any occurrence in or about the Premises; (b) occasioned or caused wholly or in part by any act or omission of the Tenant or anyone for whom it is in law responsible; or (c) arising from any breach by the Tenant of any provisions of this Lease.

Tenant Indemnity. 2.11. The Tenant will shall indemnify the Landlord and save it harmless from any and all losses or claims, actions, demands, liabilities and reasonable expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage to or loss of property: (a) arising out of any occurrence in or about the Premises; (b) occasioned or caused wholly or in part by any act or omission of the Tenant or anyone for whom it is in law responsible; or (cb) arising from any breach by the Tenant of any provisions provision of this Lease.

Tenant Indemnity. 2.11. The Tenant will agrees to indemnify the and hold harmless Landlord from and save it harmless from against any and all losses or claims, actionslosses (including, demandswithout limitation, loss in value of the Premises, the Buildings or the Project, liabilities and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage (including attorneys’ fees)) sustained by Landlord attributable to or loss of property: (ai) arising out of any occurrence in Hazardous Materials placed on or about the Premises; (b) occasioned , the Buildings or caused wholly or in part the Project by any act or omission of the Tenant or anyone for whom it is in law responsible; Tenant’s Agents during the Term of this Lease, or (cii) arising from any Tenant’s breach by the Tenant of any provisions provision of this Paragraph XXXIII during the Term of this Lease.
