Tenant Partnership. If the Tenant is a partnership (the “Tenant Partnership”) each person who is presently a member of the Tenant Partnership and each person who becomes a member of any successor Tenant partnership hereafter, shall be and continue to be liable jointly and severally for the full and complete performance of, and shall be and continue to be subject to the terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease, whether or not such person ceases to be a member of such Tenant Partnership or successor Tenant Partnership. Each person on becoming a member of the Tenant Partnership, or any successor Tenant Partnership shall enter into such further and other documents as the Landlord may reasonably require for the purpose of this Section 1.12.
