Common use of Tenant Reimbursement Amount Clause in Contracts

Tenant Reimbursement Amount. “Tenant Reimbursement Amount” shall mean the amount the Port determines (in accordance with the terms hereof) it will reimburse to Tenant for the Project as provided in Section 2.2 and Article 4 of this Agreement.
