Common use of Tenant Request for Certificate Clause in Contracts

Tenant Request for Certificate. After Xxxxxx has completed the construction of the Initial Improvements in accordance with this Lease, Tenant may request a Certificate of Completion in writing. Landlord shall act on Tenant’s request within forty-five (45) days of receipt. Landlord’s issuance of any Certificate of Completion does not relieve Tenant or any other person from any obligations to secure or comply with any Regulatory Approval of any agency (including Landlord) that may be required for the occupancy or operation of the Improvements of the Initial Improvements. Tenant shall comply with all such requirements or conditions separately.
