All Tenant’s Personalty and other personal property belonging to any occupant of any Property Location that is in the applicable Building or the remainder of such Property Location shall be there at the risk of Tenant or other Person only, and Landlord shall not be liable for damage thereto or theft or misappropriation thereof.
