TENANT SELECTION AND OCCUPANCY. Developer shall use its good faith efforts during the Term of this Agreement to maintain all the Affordable Units within the Development at full occupancy as set forth in Section 2 hereof. In marketing and renting the Affordable Units, the Developer shall comply with the Tenant Selection Plan and Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing Plan which are incorporated herein by reference with the same force and effect as if set out in this Agreement.
