Tenant Shall Give Landlord Access. Tenant shall cooperate with Landlord, the Electric Service Provider, and any Alternate Service Provider at all times and, as reasonably necessary, shall allow Landlord, Electric Service Provider, and any Alternate Service Provider reasonable access to the Building's electric lines, feeders, risers, wiring and any other machinery within the Premises, provided Landlord shall take all reasonable measures to minimize any interference or disruption to Tenant's use of the Premises. In addition, Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant and Tenant's provider of electrical service to the Premises at all times and as reasonably necessary to allow access to the facilities of the Building necessary for the provision of such service.
