Common use of Tenant to Arrange for Work Clause in Contracts

Tenant to Arrange for Work. Tenant desires to engage one or more contractors to perform certain improvements (the “Work,” as further defined in Section VI) to or for the Premises under the Lease Document. Tenant shall arrange for the Work to be planned and performed in accordance with the provisions of this Exhibit and applicable provisions of the Lease Document. Tenant shall pay when due all costs for or related to the Plans and Work whatsoever (“Costs of the Work”), and Landlord shall reimburse certain such costs up to the Allowance, as further described below.
