Tenant to Maintain Records. Tenant shall retain and maintain copies of all removal, transportation and disposal manifests, notices, correspondence, spill or release reports, remediation requests and action plans, environmental reports, tests and inspections, notices of violations, and all other Remediation Materials referred to in this Schedule 20.6 for a period of not less than three (3) years (or such longer period as may be required by applicable Environmental Law) from and after the period to which they relate.
