Tenant to Notify of Change in Bank. If Tenant elects to change the bank or financial institution from which any Rent and other charges under the Lease are automatically debited, notification of such change and the required documents, instruments, authorizations, and certificates specified in Paragraph 1 above must be received by Landlord no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the date of the next Rent payment.
