Common use of Tenant to Remain Liable Clause in Contracts

Tenant to Remain Liable. No expiration or termination of this Lease pursuant to Section 15.02, by operation of law or otherwise, and no repossession of the premises or any part thereof pursuant to Section 15.03 or otherwise, and no re-letting of the Premises or any part thereof pursuant to Section 15.04, shall relieve Tenant of its liabilities and obligations hereunder, all of which shall survive such expiration, termination, repossession or re-letting.
