Tenant Waiver of Claims. Except for damages to persons or property caused by the negligence or willful misconduct of Landlord or its employees, Tenant waives any claim for damages for any inconvenience to or interference with Tenant’s business, or any loss of occupancy or quiet enjoyment of the Premises, or any other loss, occasioned by any entry effected or work performed under this Article 19, and Tenant shall not be entitled to any abatement of Rent by reason of the exercise of any such right of entry or performance of such work. No entry to the Premises by Landlord or anyone acting under Landlord occasioned by any entry effected or work performed under this Article 19, shall constitute a forcible or unlawful entry into, or a detainer of, the Premises or an eviction, actual or constructive, of Tenant from the Premises, or any portion thereof.
