Tenant Work Defined. All tenant improvement work required by the Issued for Construction Documents (including, without limitation, any approved changes, additions or alterations pursuant to Section 7 below) is referred to in this Workletter as “Tenant Work.”
Tenant Work Defined. Tenant shall, in a good and workmanlike manner, cause the Expansion Space to be improved and completed at Tenant's expense (subject to the Expansion Construction Allowance hereinafter provided) and in accordance with Tenant's Construction Documents, which work (including materials, supplies, components, labor and services therefor) is herein referred to as the "Tenant Work".
Tenant Work Defined. Landlord shall, in a good and workmanlike manner, cause each Phase of the Premises to be improved and completed at Tenant's expense (subject to the Construction Allowance as hereinafter provided) and in accordance with the Construction Documents, which work (including materials, supplies, components, labor and services therefor) is herein referred to as the "Tenant Work". Landlord reserves the right, however, (a) to make substitutions of material or components of equivalent grade and quality when and if any specified material or component shall not be readily or reasonably available, and (b) to make changes to the work necessitated by conditions met in the course of construction, provided that if Landlord believes any change is material and substantial in nature, then Tenant's approval of such change shall first be obtained (which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld so long as there shall be general conformity with Tenant's Construction Documents and shall be deemed given unless withheld in writing within five (5) days following Landlord's request therefor).
Tenant Work Defined. All tenant improvement work approved by Landlord in accordance with the Lease and performed under this Workletter is referred to as “Tenant Work.”
