Tenant agrees to pay all rents and other amounts due under the Lease directly to Lender upon receipt of written demand by Lender, and Landlord hereby consents thereto. The assignment of the Lease to Lender, or the collection of rents by Lender pursuant to such assignment, shall not obligate Lender to perform Landlord’s obligations under the Lease.
