Invalidity of Particular Provisions. If any term or provision of this Lease, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall, to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Lease, or the application of such term or provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, and each term and provision of this Lease shall be valid and be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Invalidity of Particular Provisions. Pledgor and Pledgee agree that the enforceability or invalidity of any provision or provisions of this Security Agreement shall not render any other provision or provisions herein contained unenforceable or invalid.
Invalidity of Particular Provisions. If any term or provision of this Lease shall to any extent be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Lease shall not be affected thereby and each other term and provision of this Lease shall be valid and enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Invalidity of Particular Provisions. If any term or provision of this Guaranty shall be determined to be illegal or unenforceable all other terms and provisions hereof shall nevertheless remain effective and shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

If any term or provision of this Lease, including but not limited to any waiver of contribution or claims, indemnity, obligation, or limitation of liability or of damages, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall, to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Lease, or the application of such term or provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, and each term and provision of this Lease shall be valid and be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.

If any term or provisions of this Agreement, or any application thereof to any person or circumstance shall to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement, or the application of such term or provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby and each term and provision of this Agreement shall be valid and be enforceable to the fullest extent allowable by law.

If any term or provision of this agreement or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall, to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this agreement or the application of such term or provision to persons or circumstances other than as to which it is held invalid or unenforceable shall not be affected thereby and shall continue in full force and effect.

A judicial determination that any term, provision, condition, or other portion of this Agreement, or its application, is inoperative, invalid, or unenforceable shall not affect the remaining terms, provisions, conditions, or other portions of this Agreement, nor shall such a determination affect the application of such term, provision, condition, or portion to persons or in circumstances other than those directly involved in the determination in which it is held to be inoperative, invalid, or unenforceable, and as to such other persons or in such other circumstances it shall continue in full force and effect.
Invalidity of Particular Provisions. If any clause or provision of this Lease is or becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable because of present or later laws or any rule, decision, or regulation of any governmental body or entity, the intention of the parties hereto is that the remaining parts of this Lease shall not be affected thereby.

If any term or provision of this Sublease, or the application thereof to any person or circumstance shall, to any extent, be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of this Sublease, or the application of such term or provision to persons or circumstances other than those as to which it is held invalid or unenforceable, shall not be affected thereby, and each term and provision of this Sublease shall be valid and be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law.
