Tenant’s Architect and Engineers. Tenant has shall retain an architect (“Tenant’s Architect”) to design the Tenant Improvements and prepare the Space Plan, the Preliminary Plans, and Final Working Drawings (each as defined in Section 2.2), which Tenant’s Architect shall be subject to Landlord’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant shall retain such engineers (“Engineers”) to prepare all plans and engineering working drawings relating to the structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, life safety, sprinkler and code compliance work relating to the Tenant Improvements, which Engineers shall be subject to Landlord’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Tenant’s Architect and Engineers. Tenant has or will retain Tenant’s Architect to design the Tenant Improvements and prepare Tenant’s Plans. Tenant’s Architect and the Engineers shall be subject to Landlord’s reasonable approval, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed beyond ten (10) Business Days. Landlord hereby approves of GHT Limited, GPI or KTA Group as Tenant’s Engineer.
Tenant’s Architect and Engineers. Tenant shall employ an Architect and Engineers approved in writing by Landlord which approval-Landlord agrees not to unreasonably withhold. Landlord agrees to either approve or disapprove Tenant's Architect and Engineers in accordance herewith within three (3) days of submission by Tenant of their qualifications and the proposed scope of services to be performed. Any disapproval by Landlord of Tenant's Architect and Engineers shall be accompanied by the reasons therefor and at least two (2) acceptable alternatives.
