Common use of Tenant’s Broker Fees Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Broker Fees. None. Landlord and Tenant each represent and warrant to each other that they have had no dealings with any broker or agent, in connection with the negotiation and/or execution of this Lease. Each party hereby indemnifies and holds harmless the other party from any and all damages, claims, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to attorneys; fees, arising out of the breach of such warranty.
