Tenant’s Building Share. If Tenant exercises the Option to Extend, the total length of the Term (i.e., the initial Term and the Extended Term) shall be utilized to calculate the maximum amount of such amortized costs that shall be includable in the monthly Common Area Maintenance Costs payable solely by Tenant pursuant to this PARAGRAPH 17.A.
