Common use of Tenant’s Building Share Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Building Share. “Tenant’s Building Share” as used in this Lease shall mean the ratio (expressed as a percentage) of the total Rentable Area of the Premises to the total Rentable Area of the Building as determined by Landlord from time to time.

Tenant’s Building Share. The term “Tenant’s Building Share” as used in this Lease shall mean the ratio (expressed as a percentage) percentage obtained by dividing the rentable square footage of the total Rentable Area Leased Premises at the time of calculation by the rentable square footage of the Premises Buildings at the time of calculation. Such percentage shall be 100% for all purposes under this Lease, unless otherwise agreed in a written amendment to the total Rentable Area of the Building as determined this Lease signed by Landlord from time to timeand Tenant.
