Common use of Tenant’s Exercise Notice Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Exercise Notice. If Tenant wishes to exercise the Extension Option, Tenant shall so notify Landlord in writing no more than eighteen (18) months, and no less than fifteen (15) months, prior to the date the initial Term is then scheduled to expire. Failure by Tenant timely to send such written notice under this subparagraph (a) shall constitute an irrevocable waiver of Tenant’s right to extend the Term.
