Tenant’s Failure to Insure. If Tenant shall fail to obtain insurance as required under this Section 16, Landlord may, but shall not be obligated to, obtain such insurance, and in such event, Tenant shall pay, as Additional Rent, the premium for such insurance upon demand by Landlord.
