Common use of Tenant’s Failure to Insure Clause in Contracts

Tenant’s Failure to Insure. If Tenant fails to obtain insurance as required under this Section then Landlord may, but shall not be obligated to, obtain such insurance, and in such event, Tenant agrees to pay, as Additional Rent, the premium for such insurance upon demand by Landlord.
