Tenant’s Financials. Tenant shall keep proper books and records of account in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles consistently applied. Tenant shall deliver to Landlord, within one hundred eighty (180) days after the close of each Tenant’s fiscal year, a balance sheet and statement of income and expense for such year (which statement must separately set forth the expenses of the Premises). In addition, Tenant shall provide Landlord, within ten (10) days of Landlord’s request, such other information with respect to Tenant as Landlord may reasonably request from time to time. All financial statements must include a complete comparison with the figures for the preceding year and must be certified by (a) the chief financial officer of Tenant, or (b) if prepared by any accounting firm, by such accounting firm.
