TENANT'S INDEMNIFICATION; LIABILITY INSURANCE. (a) Tenant shall not allow any liens to attach to the Premises as a result of its activities. Tenant shall indemnify and defend Landlord from any claim, liability, damage, or loss arising out of any activity on the Premises by Tenant, its agents, or invitees or resulting from Tenant's failure to comply with any term of this lease.
